
This group is a space for adults with misophonia to learn targeted tools for managing sound triggers and related distress.
This group will be for adults with misophonia located in a PSYPACT state, and will meet weekly on Thursdays from 5:30-7pm (EST) on Zoom from 1/22-3/12 (with no meeting on 2/12). This group will focus on teaching targeted CBT, ACT, and DBT skills for managing misophonia triggers and improving interpersonal relationships that are impacted by misophonia. The cost of the group is $100 per week, with members expected to attend all 7 weeks of the group.

Virtually via Zoom on Wednesdays from 5:30 pm-7:00 PM (EST) from January 22, 2026 – March 12, 2026. Members are expected to attend all 7 sessions.
Cost:
Each session will cost $100 (total cost $700), paid through weekly through the patient portal.
Attendees:
Must be 18 years or older and reside in a PSYPACT state. Please note: this group is not an appropriate fit for individuals with a history of risk or safety concerns, significant mental health concerns, or substance use.
