SUMMARY:Misophonia Skills Group (starts January 2026)
DESCRIPTION:This group is a space for adults with misophonia to learn targ
 eted tools for managing sound triggers and related distress. \n\nThis grou
 p will be for adults with misophonia located in a PSYPACT state\, and wil
 l meet weekly on Thursdays from 5:30-7pm (EST) on Zoom from 1/29-3/19 (wit
 h no meeting on 2/12). This group will focus on teaching targeted CBT\, AC
 T\, and DBT skills for managing misophonia triggers and improving interper
 sonal relationships that are impacted by misophonia. The cost of the group
  is $100 per week\, with members expected to attend all 7 weeks of the gro

 yatl.com\n\nThis group will meet:\nVirtually via Zoom on Wednesdays from 5
 :30 pm-7:00 PM (EST) from January 22\, 2026 - March 12\, 2026. Members are
  expected to attend all 7 sessions.\n\nCost: \nEach session will cost $100
  (total cost $700)\, paid through weekly through the patient portal.\n\nAt
 tendees:\nMust be 18 years or older and reside in a PSYPACT state. Please 
 note: this group is not an appropriate fit for individuals with a history 
 of risk or safety concerns\, significant mental health concerns\, or subst
