Pearl Arno, MSW earned her Master of Social Work from The University of Alabama, where she also completed her Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology. During her training, she gained experience providing individual and group therapy using CBT and DBT for individuals with anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. She completed her advanced internship at North Harbor Northport Medical Center, offering assessments, group therapy, and discharge planning in a psychiatric hospital setting. Previously, Pearl interned at Phoenix House supporting clients in recovery and worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Kiss ABA Therapy, providing one-on-one support to children with autism. Pearl is working as an office manager to support the administrative team and clinical staff, as she observes and learn more about the work of pre-licensed clinicians, a role she is currently pursuing.

Pearl was born and raised in Georgia, where her family has deep roots, but she proudly cheers for Alabama on game day. Growing up in a close-knit home with two brothers shaped her love for connection and community. She finds joy in the simple things—morning yoga, anything chocolate, the scent of a good candle, fresh sunflowers, and a perfectly made cup of coffee. These small comforts keep her grounded and inspired.
