DESCRIPTION:This Social Anxiety Skills Group offers a supportive space for 
 adults (18+) seeking to manage anxiety in social situations. \nLed by Siba
  Massey\, LMSW\, you will learn effective tools rooted in Cognitive Behavi
 oral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to manage sy
 mptoms. Through both in-person session activities and at-home practice\, y
 ou will gain confidence in applying these skills to everyday interactions.
  You'll also have the chance to connect with others who understand your ex
 perience\, offering a sense of community and shared support.\nJoin us to t
 ake the next step toward overcoming social anxiety and building more fulfi
