DESCRIPTION:Single Session Consultations for Treatment Planning (60 minutes
  – Dr. Megan Faye)\nThis consultation appointment is offered by Avoidant
 /Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) and Misophonia-specialized psych
 ologist Megan Faye to discuss related treatment planning considerations wi
 th patients\, or with families with or without the primary patient of conc
 ern. These consultations\, by phone or video\, are designed to address cli
 nical care recommendations\, treatment planning\, coordination of care\, c
 onnection with mental health providers\, and/or education about disorders 
 and treatment. No formal assessment\, review of past records\, written rep
 ort\, or diagnosis will be provided on behalf of the primary client\, but 
 resources and recommendations can be shared.\nThis service is offered as a
  consultation to patients\, however it can be adjusted to include your tre
 atment provider if requested and advance notice is given to Dr. Faye. This
  consultation appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes ($125) or 60 minutes
  ($200) and must be scheduled and paid for in advance.
