SUMMARY:OCD/Health Anxiety Advanced Treatment Group (Jan 2025)
DESCRIPTION:Facilitated by Dr. Josh Spitalnick\, this group is an advanced 
 treatment and skills group for participants who have already attended an i
 ntroductory OCD/Health Anxiety Support and Skills group or for those indiv
 iduals who have been formally treated with ERP/ACT for OCD/Health Anxiety.
  This group will target higher level treatment strategies driven to practi
 ce and reinforce Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)\, Acceptance and C
 ommitment Therapy (ACT)\, non-engagement responses\, ritual prevention for
  mental rituals\, mindfulness/grounding techniques\, and prioritizing valu
 es-driven actions. Group members will collaborate to develop customized tr
 eatment plans to be practiced between groups.\nThis group will be held Thu
 rsdays\, starting January 9th\, 2025 and go through February 13\, 2025\, 2
 024\, from 2:30pm-4pm EST. It meets every week for 6 sessions. 7 spots are
  available.  \nEach session will cost $100 (Total cost $600). \nAttendees
  must be 18 or older and cannot have been hospitalized for safety concerns
